Grand Hall (200 sqm)
There’s Grand Hall that is a studio for dancing featuring futuristic AI light that can even match your rehearsals of choreography. They have audio setups to play music or rhythms best suited for the occasion.
With sprung hardwood floors, large wall mirrors, and bright lighting, it’s a perfect room for dance class, yoga class, or anything like that. Chairs that can be rearranged and used for events are also in the studio. It has 100 theater seating capacity or 200 standers.
Studio 1 & Studio 2

This modern, light-filled studio is the perfect space for dance, yoga, fitness classes, rehearsals, or workshops. Featuring a polished sprung timber floor, full-length wall mirrors, ballet barres, and high-quality lighting, the room offers a professional and welcoming environment. Acoustic ceiling panels and air conditioning make sure you’re comfortable and sound control, while portable seating along the walls provides flexibility for audiences or resting participants.
The space also includes adjustable room dividers, allowing for customizable use. Whether you’re hosting a regular class, one-off event, or creative session, this versatile studio is designed to inspire movement and focus. Available for casual or ongoing hire.
Shared Facilities
Our venue offers a range of shared facilities designed to support comfort, accessibility, and ease of use for hirers and guests. On-site parking is available, including electric vehicle charging. The space includes change rooms, a dedicated disabled toilet, a comfortable waiting area, and a shared kitchen for convenience during extended bookings. Secure, lockable storage cupboards are also available for equipment and personal items, making the venue suitable for regular rehearsals, classes, and professional use.
