Our timetable is carefully designed to support structured learning and steady development across all levels. Classes are organised by grade to ensure dancers train with appropriate peers and progress confidently through each stage.

Term 1: 26th JANUARY – 5th April

Term 2: 20th April – 26th June

Term 3: 13th July – 18th September

Term 4: 5th October – 18th December

Weekly Class Timetable

Below is an overview of our class levels from Grade 0 to Grade 9.
Each grade follows a structured curriculum aligned with experience and development level.

Grade 0

BABY CLASS - sunday 3pm-4:30pm

An introductory movement and dance class focused on coordination, rhythm, and body awareness. Classes include warm-ups, basic movement patterns, simple dance steps, musical games, light strength activities, and stretching, building confidence and enjoyment in a structured environment.

Grade 1

Beginner CLASS - friday 4:30-6pm

A foundational dance class introducing Ballroom, Latin, and New Vogue. Dancers develop posture, timing, basic technique, and simple routines through guided exercises, step learning, light conditioning, and end-of-class stretching.

Grade 2

PRE-INTERMEDIATE CLASS - thur 4:30-6pm

Designed to strengthen technical foundations and coordination. Classes focus on improved technique, structured routines, musical awareness, stamina development, and flexibility, with a balanced mix of exercises, step work, and physical preparation.

Grade 3

Intermediate CLASS - thur 6pm-8pm

A structured development class for dancers progressing technically and physically. Sessions include technical drills, routine refinement, musical interpretation, stamina training, strength exercises, and flexibility work across Ballroom, Latin, and New Vogue.

Grade 4

PRE-ADVANCED CLASS - Thur 6pm-8pm

A structured development class for dancers progressing technically and physically. Sessions include technical drills, routine refinement, musical interpretation, stamina training, strength exercises, and flexibility work across Ballroom, Latin, and New Vogue.

Fundamental Technique Class

Saturday 3pm-6pm

This class is designed for competitive dancers who want to strengthen the technical foundations required for DanceSport competitions. The focus is on correct body mechanics, precision, and consistency, rather than social movement.

Grade 5 + ELite Technique CLASS

ADVANCED CLASS - Monday 5pm-8pm

An advanced training class emphasising technical precision, performance quality, and physical conditioning. Dancers work on complex routines, refined technique, stamina, strength, and controlled flexibility, preparing for higher-level performance and competition.

Grade 6 + Elite technique CLASS

CHALLENGE CLASS - Sunday 4:30-7:30pm

High-level training for experienced dancers seeking advanced development. Classes focus on elite technique, performance refinement, demanding routines, physical conditioning, stamina, and recovery-based stretching, supporting dancers pursuing competitive and performance excellence.

Adult Beginner CLASs

Tuesday 7pm-8:30pm or saturday 10am-11:30am

A structured adult program offering Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba and Jive training for all experience levels. Classes include warm-ups, technique development, step learning, routines, light conditioning, and stretching, with an emphasis on enjoyment, progression, and physical well-being.

Grade 7 - GRADE 9

JUNIOR CLASS

Focused training for developing dancers transitioning into higher-level technique and performance work. Classes emphasise technical refinement, coordination, musical accuracy, structured routines, and physical conditioning. Dancers continue to build discipline, stamina, and confidence while preparing for competitive, performance, and examination pathways.

Grade 10 - GRADE 12

YOUTH CLASS

Advanced training designed for mature dancers refining performance quality, technical control, and physical capability. Classes focus on complex routines, stylistic precision, musical interpretation, strength and stamina development, and performance readiness. This class supports dancers pursuing competition, examinations, instructor development, and broader performance opportunities.
